We have 2009 seadoo RXP-X, last week out in the bay riding around 30mph and with no warning it shuts down. Front display was blank as if the key was pulled. Pulled the key and placed back on the post several times. After 15 minutes of playing with the wires and insert the key on the post the display came back, 2 audible beeps, started. Headed back to port and this happens 2 mores times. Finally had to get tow.....
Back home, checked and cleaned the battery connections and checked the battery. Battery is fully charged. Checked fuses all looked good. Cleaned the post/key area. Inserted the key several times, some times the display will engage but no audible beeps. Exchanged keys with the traing key but same results.
Been searching this forum this week and wondering would this be a DESS issue? My DESS post looks to be in good condition.
