New to the forum and new seadoo owner.
Long story short was gifted a 2000 rxdi from my uncle who said at the end of the season the power was gone and it would barely make its way against the current of the river.
The engine is currently out of this ski
I took the head off and inspected it could tell one cylinder was not firing ( it was pretty clean unlike the other cylinder)
Took the rave valves out one valve was caked in sludge ( the cylinder that was firing) the second was pretty clean.
My question is where should I go from here?
Full rebuild/reman engine?
Or are there other things I can check?
