Rxdi no charging

Hi i have a seadoo rxdi 2002, and it only charge 12,8 v.

Measured stator, it works fin.
New voltalgeregulator
New battery
But if i measure the voltage with - on the engine and the + on the battery i shows around 14volt.

If i measure - & + on the battery it only shows 12,8 volt.

I installed an extra groundkabel, it didn't help.

Any suggestions?

The battery test where the tester is on the battery only is the correct test.
Is your new rectifier OEM or aftermarket?

That is most probably your problem. It is drawing too much voltage. I recommend getting a used OEM fuel pump.
