My guess is the DI motor would still run (maybe even 1/2 decent) with a broken reed but fuel mixture is likely to be completely wrong and the motor is in jeopardy of running too lean, coking up, and probably the lubrication isn't being distributed correctly.
My guess is eventually the piston ring seal would eventually fail and the piston would scuff, so if your compression in that cylinder is still good then maybe no harm was done yet.
Purely my speculation, plan for the worst and hope for the best, perhaps...
