Runs Great But bogges down in run position

Ok i have a 96 sxp Sea Doo that idles good,and runs great.. I took out carbs cleaned them,changed out greys,took fuel tank out cleaned.. took out on water it ran for an hour and then after taking a break from running it hard . It started bogging down like it wasnt gettin fuel. You give a few seconds then it wil come back up again like nothin happened. So now when switch it to reserve it runns all out without no problems.. But in the run position thats when it dont want do right... Help me out please....

You missed one part of the equation! The fuel selector valve! Change it!
