Run over DESS Key - broke

So today I went out and forgot to take the keys off the back of the skis before we left for home. Realized when we got home the DESS keys were missing so re-traced our steps. Found a few kms down on the road but all run over and bent. We bent it back into the shape it was in before but now of course it no longer seems to work. Now I am not sure what to do, considering I have the key but it no longer works, can it be used to create a new key? or am I basically screwed needing a new computer / key combo? Can a dealer re-program a key for these machines? or what are the options ? This is for a 98 Seadoo GSX Ltd btw.

Seadoo dealer said "that's not good, it may or may not take a new key re-program" I guess based on the age of the units they said sometimes it does not work. So the question is, is there a reliable source online I can ship the computer to to have the key made and shipped back ? would rather not send off the computer to a scammer. Any advice is appreciated.
