Hello, any suggestions on where to buy new oil and gas lines for my 1997 Sea Doo GTX? Looking for good quality parts. Thanks

For fuel lines just use standard 1/4" automotive fuel hose.

The large oil lines don't need to be replaced unless they are damaged.

The small 3/32" ones are just tygon fuel lines for small engines.

On where to buy, I bought clear 1/4" fuel and 3/32" oil injection tygon lines on ebay. Just watch for the really cheap stuff coming out of China, avoid if you can. I used OSD marine for the clear yellow 1/2" and 5/16" for the oil pump supply and Rotary Valve lines. All the rest for water, I used clear vinyl from Home Depot. The only stock lines I kept were the black 1/2" water lines running to the top of the engine.

I buy 25' of 1/4" fuel line off Amazon for about $20. It's the black stuff. I find the clear to be expensive but I like it. I'm just not paying the extra $$ per foot for line that is not stamped FUEL LINE. :) YMMV.

Hey Gene, as many skis you have try this, I bought a box of this stuff for 2 skis. Good clear tygon line, U.S. made, 50 ft, shipped price works out to about $1.34 per ft.

Not bad !! It is nice to be able to physically see the fuel flowing. :) I go through a lot of fuel line. I keep a 25' roll on hand. I am gonna find a source for the OEM fuel selectors and keep one or two of those on hand.

Not sure if the pn's are way different from years but osd has this one 275500098 for 96 gsx. If you are replacing one that is not OEM you may have to change the knob too. I had that issue when I replaced the one on my gtx that knob didt work right with the OEM selector

OEM ones are $24.74 from Pro Caliber. Also check with PWC Muscle since they say they can match or beat OEM part prices.
