rotax 720 need help please

if I did
the motor turn over when jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver
I put a new selenoid ..
no make different
 
So take the solonoid trigger wire and use a volt meter. when you hit the start button, you need to see battery voltage. Any less and you have a voltage drop indicating bad wires, corroded connections, faulty switch, etc. As said above, check all connections and fuses.

I did the tests indicated
and found that the lanyard was wrong
had an open circuit and never closed
when plug the cap
I need order a new lanyard switch
