Rotax 587 starting issue

Ok, so I’ve done tons of work as you guys know and I finally got the ski going again. It starts good with me on it, but when my buddy gets on it it won’t start at all........ what the heck?! Lol

Any new development on your issue? You stated that it starts okay with just you but doesn't start if you have a passenger aboard? That makes zero sense to me. Explain in detail what the symptoms are...what's it do exactly?

Ok, so it starts perfect cold but after it gets warm it starts “OK” and then if a passenger gets on then it REFUSES to start. However if I lean foreword it attempts to run. So I don’t know what the deal is exactly. But after he gets off it starts.

Is the front of the ski high (in the air) when it won't start? Fuel pick up?

Next time it doesn't start in the water near shore pick up the rear of the ski just enough so the exhaust is out of the water then have a friend crank it over to see if it starts. This is a symptom of low compression or a very worn rotary valve cover.

Ok, it had 150 psi
