Riva OPAS block off plate instructions?

hello all, just got a set of block off plates for my 02 4tec and they where machined from a company that just made the plates and that's it. So i was wondering if anyone knew where to find instructions for this? I'm just kind of stuck on if i should remove the rubber tube that the OPAS rods went through.Other then that it is pretty straight forward

In the instructions I found for removing opas and installing RE block offs...everything went...rubber tubes included.

ok that makes sence they just dont seem to like to come out thats all. I found a place that machines them CNC for $40 rather then the $100 riva wants just no instructions thank you!
