Ripped fiberglass engine mount out of 96XP?

Anyone ever have the engine mount rip out of the hull? I just bought this 96 XP this weekend, and I don't know if I did this, or it got sold to me like this, but nonetheless, I need to find out how to repair this so that it will not happen again.

Just re-fiberglass the mount bracket back in place. It should be in he correct position now so mark the spot, and re-fiberglass he mount in it's proper position. Go to West Marine and get your supplies to do the repair. They will give you all you need and point you in the right direction.
