I am having the same exact problem, the right ( Starboard ) side engine will not crank. I have tried to choke it give it gas, and no luck. The starter works fine, but just never gets cranked up. One thing that did happen is I ran low on fuel last weekend and the reserve light came on, shortly after, the right engine cut off. One possibility is that the engine is not getting fuel flow. If this is the case, how can I get fuel flow back?? Thanks

tres....is it crank'n over, but not firing, or crank'n slowly, not to be-able to fire up? I'd inspect the cables to starter and ground cable.
