Replacement of 787 engine

Dealer, service, for my 1997 Challenger 1800 advises replacement of the right (starboard) engine due to low compression (90 lbs) in rear cylinder. Front cylinder is 140 lbs. Can anyone give me an "estimate" on time, number of hours, for removal, installation of parts from old engine onto replacement "rotating assembly" and reinstallation.

Why replace the eng?? Top end kit would be better I think. Ask them how much to just put new piston and rings in it. Not sure why they want to replace the whole thing. My 787 broke a piston. I did a top end kit and was back on the water within 5 hours.
