RESTO Replace Rave Valves

Should I replace these Rave valves or keep cleaning them and put them back in? It seems like a coating has worn off and you can feel that the silver part is worn lower

I think I would replace those, but not because of the plating on the smooth side of the valve... It looks to me like the stems are worn, and are thinner in the contact area. That’s really more important than the valve face...

Were you having issues with RAVE performance or melting parts? If not, and you just pulled them to do routine maintenance, I'd put em back in with new o-rings
