Repalcement Spark Plug Wire

I need new plug wires on my 96 xp becasue they somehow got swapped with some others and the ones Im left with are too short. I have the boots, just need wires...will this work:

My local store has a roll of it in stock and I can cut off however much I want for $0.69/ft so I was going to just grab it rather than order from seadoo. The electrical oin these are so finicky I wanted to make sure Im not setting myself up to fry everything! Any opinions?

If it is a solid core wire, your screw in caps might damage the wire and not make proper contact. Also that is 7mm wire and I think the stock caps are for 6mm, might be a tight fit. Take a cap with you to be sure it will screw in properly.

I read on another post the stock wires were 7mm so ours is 6mm?
