refurb sbt prop and new wear ring binds

I have two 1996 xp's and serviced the pumps and one went real good but one not so much.When installing the prop I saw that she was binding up and the gap was off from side to side.This a stock set up with a seadoo wear ring.WTH? Could the prop from sbt be bent or wear ring is made wrong,maybe my pump housing is warped?
