Yep, a trick I learned from Big Jake. Heat them up first, if your wife's not home in the oven or the bbq grill. About 200-250 degrees. Oh and use rubber gloves, that stuff if pretty caustic.

Actually I got a new method to try. Got this one from the wife. It works great for removing burnt on grease from stove top burners so it will probably work for RAVEs too. Put them in a zip lock bag with just a little bit of ammonia and let them sit overnight. They don't have to be submerged in ammonia, it is the fumes from the ammonia that does the work. Tried it with stove burners in one of the rentals with very thick burnt on grease and the crusted on grease wiped right off. Don't know the science behind it, Doc can probably explain it, but it works fantastic.
