Rectifier Question On Gtx Rfi

Just put a new rectifier on my new Gtx because it was not getting over half throttle and it was not charging, plugged it up and I'm charging but It still will not go over half throttle, the voltage at the battery when not running is 12.5v when running and revved to the point where it cuts out I'm getting about 12.9 to 13v, my info screen is dead from the sun but I think from what iv read limp mode is around 3k too 3500rpm, the red light is blinking I believe it is probably blinking maint. Is only 12.9 v maybe the reason it is still in limp mode even after I just put a new aftermarket rectifier on? Iv tried resetting the light but it will come right back on.

At 13V it is fine and you need to start looking at other things. If it was at the same 12.5V or less when running then I would say it isn't charging. On an injected ski with a maintenance light flashing you are going to need a scanner like the Candoo Pro to find out what is wrong.
