rave valve stuck

new problem,rave valve stuck on 96 challenger

now one of my rave valves is stuck,the right side valve will not move up and down like the left side,anyone have any thoughts on this,any help will be greatly appreciated.

When was the last time you cleaned them? can you remove it and see if it is really dirty?

I had the same problem. I removed the top cover and found that the red rubber boot that is held on by a retaining spring was half way off not letting the valve go up and down. I only noticed this since there was blow by coming out of the rave valve opening. I took both of them off and cleaned them really well. Make sure that if you have the same problem, get the inside and outside of that rubber boot cleaned well. Be sure to replace the gaskets as well. Also, clean them every year, remove the whole apparatus and remove all of the carbon build-up.
