Random beeping and engine cutting out/shutting down

Hello everyone, my 96 seadoo challenger is acting quite funny but it's not funny. The Port side engine seems fine unless i yry to run the starboard side engine. But the starboard side is where all the problems seem to be. Often times when I start that side the beep cuts in and out very randomly. The engine will turn over and start sometimes but only for a few seconds. When it shuts down it has a hard time giving me the two beeps. Yet sometimes it will start without the two beeps. But it always starts beeping like it's one long beep that cuts in and out like a loos wire. I have been all over the internet and haven't found anyone else that has had this kind of issue. PLEASE HELP!
