R-Key setting?

Hey guys,

Quick one here I'm sure but can't find anything in the manual. Does anyone know what the R-Key is vs the L-key. I have programmed the L-key down from default to actually be more "learningisk" lol, but saw the R-key pop up after that one and didn't know what it was?

Any info would be great.
