Question, grease or oil in the nose cone on my 2005 GTX 4 TEC

Saw a U tube video where a guy put oil in the nose cone instead of grease on his 2005, what gives.

I know a couple who've done the mod....they're convinced of better lubrication with the oil as opposed to the grease.

Eh....not sure it's worth the time, myself.

Seems like a pain in the ass, got to pull the pump to change the oil next time, I'll just repack the bearing and cone, thanks for the reply.

More work than its worth. If the oil worked so well why did seadoo switch over to the grease? I use the synthetic grease and haven't had an issue yet.
