I'm doing some work on a buddy's '98 SPX and it has an aftermarket pipe with a MSD water controller. The instructions for the controller say to hook the power wires straight to the battery through a switch to turn it on and off. Would it be a problem to tap into a switched 12v circuit on the mpem to power it? Anyone have any experience doing so?
