Pump Pressure Testing

Is there a pump of some sort recommended for pressure testing the jet pump? Like something from Harbor Freight?

I use a bike pump and a contraption I came up with at the hardware store. You just need a fitting with a barb for the nose cone and a pressure regulator along with a shrader valve installed for the bike pump and some tubing.

You can also use this for pop off and engine leak down testing with different configurations

What size is the fitting on the cone? 1/8" NPT or is it metric?
