Pulled head 02 di is it ruined?

It is hard to tell since that is a very lean burn engine but it does look pretty worn.
What compression numbers were you getting? You did check before you pulled it didn't you?

What oil was being run in that ski?
If it were mine with that much wear on the pistons I would replace the crank.

Yes oil was in there, there was also some white creamy buildup inside where the water cools the head. Is there a reason why one of the pistons is stuck? Aside from replacing how would I pinpoint the source of the problem so it doesn't happen again? Thank you

What brand/color of oil is in the oil tank?
So do you mean one piston won't rock back and forth on the connecting rod? What do you mean stuck?

I use the xps synthetic oil it's in a yellow bottle, where would I check to see he color of the oil? The one piston will not move on the connecting rod. That's what I meant by stuck sorry

So yes you are using the correct oil. If the piston won't move on the rod then the wrist pin bearing is seized and the rod is probably galled too. This will require replacing the crank.
