Good Morning, Just purchased a 2004 seadoo GTX 155 as a project for the winter , and like to know how to rotate engine to check compression without a ECM or key both were stolen?

Try jumping the starter solenoid. Try to get a helper to hold the throttle wide open while jumping solenoid.
