Hi, after removing my carbs to rebuild them, i see there is a primer on this ski, choke has been removed(butterflies and related linkage and holes filled with epoxy. I noticed there are two fittings mounted right in the intake manifold but are capped off, this would seem the best place to have primer lines as its after the carbs? the way it is set up now the fittings are mounted in the choke shaft holes. And i' wondering how many times i should pump the primer before cranking when cold? thanks

The nipples in the manifold are the oil lines.

How many pumps depends on the system. The primer on my Si would be dry... so it would take about 10 pumps. Eight of the pumps were to just fill the lines... and 2 got into the engine.

So... 2 "Wet" pumps will do it.
