Premium Membership not working

I just paid for a month of premium membership and I can't access the manuals or the premium side of the forum. What's going on?

Are you trying to access the manuals from the top drop down?

The link doesn't work. It says i don't have permission to access the page. My paypal account has the charge and my credit card also has a pending charge so i don't know whats going on.
