I dont know what exact year my seadoo is but from looking at pictures online it looks like its around the early 90's... possibly a 93 GTS.
Im not sure if these sea doos have fuel pumps or not but it broke down in the middle of the lake and I don't think there was enough fuel being pumped ... I followed the line from fuel tank and it lead to a small white cylinder ( fuel pressure regulator??) When I was able to get it started it didn't seem like any fuel was being passed through, I was able to see a couple drops when I shook it.
Anyways not positive that this was the base of my problems but it might be a start. What does this part do? Whats is called, and how much fuel should be passing through it?
Another note how much oil should be mixing with gas? fuel : oil ratio? I think it might be running too rich... would this be a carb problem?

Seeing Grey?

the last 2 digits of the serial number are the year. It is located on the rear right side of the ski. The fuel pump is actually located in the carb itself. If you are not getting fuel then the first thing you need to look at is your fuel lines. If they are the grey lines then you need to change them out. This is a "must do". Those old lines break down over time and will gum everything up. They will send particles through your system and slowly build up. Also, you will need to clean out the fuel selector. A quick way to trouble shoot your system, put it on reserve an try to crank it. If it cranks then your lines and "on" position are likely the problem. I cant express how important changing those lines is. Any changes or adjustments you do in the carbs or else where is useless with those lines and dirty selector. You can go to parts store and replace all the "supply lines" with about seven feet of 1/4 inch fuel line. This wont be enough to change the return or vent lines but they arent as crucial.

The oil ratio is about 40:1 ish. My recomendation would be to join as a premium member so you can down load the shop manual for your specific model. This will answer a ton of questions and give you priority advice from the moderators an techs that run this site...

So change those lines, Clean the selector valve, and clean the micro filters in the carbs (easy 4 screw removal on forward facing surface of carbs) The filters are about half the size of a thimble and similar shaped. Do all that an you are miles ahead of the game. That may be all you need to do. That canister by the way should be your inline filter.

Hope this helps,.......
