Porpoise (97 Challenger)

I have an annoying porpoise problem when the boat is fully loaded (I.e. 3 adults plus gear).

I have watched another challenger so this. Any idea how to correct this? Changing the nozzle trim doesnt make much difference.

I am considering maybe trim tabs (this works well on traditional outboard type boats).

Have any of you experienced similar?

The front of the boat bounces excessively. Bobbing up and down like a dolphin swimming.

I tell you something that helps out with my boat... When mine starts to do that, I just turn slightly to one side then the other and it stops it. If I don't do that, it seems to self perpetuate to bob up and down continuously even though the water is smooth and I am out of the chop.

usually i just adjust the throttle a bit. Let up for a few seconds and it fixes it.

If you do it my way, you don't even touch the throttle. Just keep on it.

AHHHHhhhh it is 3:00 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, what the crap am I doing inside? Oh yeah I am taking a break from working on my boat...trying to find an oil leak.
