What’s a good place to get aftermarket pistons and jugs for a 951

You can't get aftermarket cylinders. Just get oversize pistons and have someone bore yours like Group K or FullBore.
I prefer OEM pistons but second best is Pro-X then WSM.

Do I need to rebalance the motor for that?

No change in balance. Both pistons will be the same weight because they are the same size.
