looking to ID a part, same part just 2 different skies, Anyway what the little wheel called for the speed odometer that is in the triangle screw on bit that sits in on the lower right hand rear side of the ski, both speedo gauges work on the skies they're just missing the little piece that turns in the water to give the actual reading of the travelled speed. 1 ski is a 08 seadoo gti 155 se, the other is a 02 GTX-DI.
Also can the little wheel pieces be bought as a standalone part or do they come as a whole( ie is the little wheel sold separate or do I have to replace the whole triangle bit with the 3 screw and connector plug)?
I can not pin point the part in the diagrams in the manual for the hulls.

It's usually called the "paddle wheel". I needed one but had to buy the whole shebang as you described above from the connector plug back.

Now if you could find a "donor" ski or the whole part then you "Could" try to remove the pin and replace it. IDK how that will work out for you.

Any other idea guys????

Is it possible to take one apart? Sure it is. Would I spend the time to attempt it? Not a chance. Just replace the whole thing.

cheers guys, another silly question answered. :).. not hard to spot a newbie I reckon.. think I'll just look for the whole thing then.
