Not sure what a "festoon" bulb is, but they are LED. I got them from Princess Auto (the Canadian version of Harbour Freight) for $5 each. Water resistant, and with a little silicone now they're water proof. Perfect for night navigation.

i just ordered a 10 pack from oznium.com over the weekend, really on a whim,,, planned on installing 4 of them in my 96 challenger, two cupholders and maybe 2 other spots, not sure where yet.

Looks good. Festoon bulbs are what they call the little tube looking ones that fit into the oem housing. You can get them in LED for a couple bucks each. they swap right in.

Nice, Princess auto? which location? let me know what the brand name is and I'll pick them up. The silicone was applied around the base of the bulb at the housing? Need some winter projects for my Challenger.

I found them at the Mississauga (Dixie Rd) location. They were in the automotive lighting section.
Popped the lens off and a little silicone between that and the housing.
