Hello! My 1st post.
Thanks to the info I read on this forum, I changed out my wear ring on my 03 GTX this weekend. Man was it a bear to get the pump out!
The draftshaft was rusted on the prop spline and I could not get it off! I was gonna make a puller, but instead used a tree
Got the pump out, but ended up breaking the levers on the assistant steering
Dummie me, left it connected, and hanging down, and didn't think it would be in the way...
Till I get the parts to put back on, I want to ask if I use the ski without the OPAS connected, how will effect the handling ?
Just be hard to steer when going slow ?
