So I made it home with my jerry rig hose adaptor and ran it for a solid 10 min, I was a little concerned that no water was coming out the pisser but plenty of water was coming out the exhaust and nothing felt hot to the touch anywhere, any way it started smoking less and feels super strong, like a 155 hp motor should feel. What's next besides getting to the dmv and getting her in the water?
I'm pretty excited, I mean I never thought for a second I would get this motor running!

Do you mean the "gay tail" or the "pisser"? If everything remained cool then no problemo, IMO.
I agree, keep her fogged and otherwise oiled up, can't hurt.
What's the "gay tail" sounds really gay!!!
I think there is more than one on the yamahlog, pissers, but no water was coming out of them , but was was coming out of the exhaust very well and again everything was staying nice and cool!
You think I should run it on the hose a few more times then fog it?

I dunno if you've got better things to do but I'd fog it good into the carbs while it's running and see if I can get some smoke rolling out of the exhaust.
The tail shoots straight up into the air in the back there above the jet pump, similar to those bathroom potties that shoot water.

Then just spray the cylinders. I was thinking you could take off the airbox and shoot into the carbs to get some extra good stuff direct injected into the crankcase.
Dude I wish!!! For some reason the carbs are buried underneath the biggest expansion chamber I have ever seen!!
I just did go out there a spray more down the cylinders.
Side note, you guys are the best, I so appreciate all the advice and help. Once again if you come out to Malibu come stay at my house free of charge with all the beers you can drink!

Come on man. Hit Paradise Cove at midnight. Just drive that big motorhome across the beach and launch that puppy into the Pacific!. Don't worry, the water is warm and that motorhome will just float across the sand

I would look in the manual if you got it yet ( I don't know if you bought the downloadable or paper one) and see what it says even about flushing on the hose. I'm wondering if you've got to "pinch" any of the hoses to create a flush in order to make it dribble and pee
