Oil Tank Leak

The gasket on the bottom of my oil tank is leaking on my 1996 GTX. It is leaking around that rubber bushing connector where the oil lines connect. Is there a quick fix for that or do I need to order the parts? I thought I ordered them already. I wanna finish this thing up by Tuesday.

You need to replace it. OSD has those Part number is 293720008

I found the grommet in the parts list (item 23) but it looks like there are 2 grommets. I guess they are both the same.

I took mine and turned it back and forth. It stopped leaking.

Yes they are both the same

I'd try what mickirig1 suggests before going through the hassle of replacing it.

One grommet for top vent one for bottom outlet.

Good idea but I did order the grommet. Doesn't hurt to have the part. For the TRICK I was thinking more along the lines of making it fit tighter by wrapping the inside tube with some soft material. I'm just gonna replace the grommet. I had the oil tank off when I cleaned out the fuel tank.
