Just wondering if anyone here knows if you can bypass the oil pressure switch.
My 2004 RXP has a new 2008 engine but retains the original wiring harness.
I have changed the oil, and check the filter for debris. Changed both front and rear oil switches and verified oil pressure. Yet, I still get the oil pressure code, the beeping and limp mode. I am to the point now where I would just like to bypass the stupid switch and monitor the oil pressure myself by a mounted gauge. I have come to realized through my problems and others, that the sensors on Seadoo are prone to faults.
