Oil lines

There is a "T" on top of the oil tank with 1 line coming from it. The one line goes to the oil pump. Is there suppose to be another line that goes somewhere from the T? There is some oil that seems to be leaking from the T's open line.

Well I believe the line goes to the crankcase return but I'm unsure where the line is actually located on the engine.

There are 2 lines, 1 from each side of the crankcase near the middle where the RV gearing is at, I would guess one slipped off from vibration, cable ties are used by many but I am old fashioned and like the stregth of worm gear clamps or oetiker OEM style, some Lowes stores have them in the PEX section.
