Hey guys what are you using when replacing the oil lines on the feed and return lines for the rotary valve ? It's 12mm and the stuff I have is difficult to get sealed. Not quite as pliable as I would like. Help is appreciated . Thanks,

I have only had to do a few that were cut or melted and I just bought it directly from the seadoo dealer.

These lines were stained blue and they looked soiled inside. I found some stuff on Amazon that seems to be more pliable. I did get the lines to seal but WOW it was tough. I'm gonna keep an eye on the connections points for leaks. I put a white paper towel under the connection points overnight then wiped the lines. Looks like we're golden but I'm not doing that again. :)

The 12mm lines from OSD are great and work fine easily sealing using just wire ties.

But hey experiment and report back if there's something better. You were asking what worked and what people use.
