oil leak

I have a 2013 Seadoo wake 155
Drive shaft leaking see pic
looking for help on how to stop this oil leak. it looks like it leaks right there at the shaft only when the engine is on.

in the 3rd pic what is that circle/washer looking thing at. there was glue over it that I removed.

It looks like you need a new PTO shaft seal.

hello, thank you for that. anything else I should replace since ill doing this fix to the drive shaft. I have 160 hours now on the engine wondering if I should replace any pumps and the drive shaft. thank you much
