Should there be something attached to the little hose to the left as there is nothing there and oil leaks out tip????

No thats a 1 way valve. Now look at the same kind of fitting on the bottom of the oil tank. I bet its leaking from there. Also are those Grey Tempo Fuel lines :facepalm: ??

No oil leaking from bottom grommet.

Remove the tank straps, lift the oil tank up and place some paper towels under it and see. Replace all those grey fuel lines as well or your oil leak wont really matter when your carbs lean out and kill your motor
