i have seadoo charllenger 05 rotax engine.recently I replace my carbon seal. i had to take drive shaft out to get to it. But when i put everything back together. am having an oil between pto seal and the outer circumference rubber.when i tighten the hose clap on the outer rubber will shrink.and the manual said the outer circumference should be flush with inner sleeve of to seal .Before i tighted the clamp it flush. but when i tight it won't flush and it still leak .should i push the to seal all the way engine or just flush with the outer circumference the Oil is coming from seal is coming from between the outer circumference
and seal .and my gas gauge is doing nothing

The seal could have gotten damaged while you were working on the carbon seal. It may just need changed.

I'm not sure why the fuel gauge would have stopped. I would check all the fuses, and wiring.
