JPass Well-Known Member Aug 12, 2017 #4 Its a coolant filled heat exchanger. The oil in the antifreeze could possibly be a leaky oil cooler.

JPass Well-Known Member Aug 13, 2017 #8 Not sure. You may be able to remove it and inspect it. Maybe find a way to pressurize?
