Trying to find where the oil control cable attaches to opposite of the carburetor. When I move the throttle the cable does not pull on the drivers engine
it goes to the oil injection pump. It may have slipped out of its rotating wheel or broke off, especially if this boat is a saltwater boat where corrosion can get to the bilge if not kept rinsed
