Nothing happens when push the start button

I just got done with the process of rebuilding the 720 motor in my 97 Sea-Doo GTS Jetski, before I pulled the motor I started it and it did start I just figured I would have me a nice winter project to rebuild the motor and I did, now that I have it complete the motor installed put the battery in put the DESS on heard the Beeping, went to push the start button in absolutely nothing happened, what could it be, could something be going on in the CDI box? Where do I start

I think I tracked it down. Somethings going on in the DESS because when move the key around and push down hard on it it will turn over for a second and stop and then I move it again and it dies it again. It will only turn over for a quick second though, so I ordered another DESS post.

Ok I got the new DESS post hooked up.....she starts now....can anyone tell me where I can get the adapter to hook up the water to it?
