No Top End

My 2002 GTX4Tec Limited (155HP) starts and runs fine, but only goes mid speed. Additional throttle does nothing. It’s like it’s running on the break in key, but it’s not. I bought it new in 2002, and it ran great until the end of last year when this problem developed.
I changed the plugs, fuel pump, and fuel filters. The instrument cluster hasn’t worked in years but the alarms still work. I’m not getting any alarms.
Any suggestions appreciated. Also, I can’t find anyone who will service this ski. The dealers only service products up to 10 years old. Any suggestions for mechanics in Philadelphia area that work on older skis would also be appreciated.

Start with mechanical issues , compression test first , what do the plugs look like ? Maybe the throttle body is not opening all the way.

Could be n limp mode from the rear oil pressure switch failing?
