No throttle response

I have a 2001 Sportster LE.When I started it today and backed out from the wharf I realized there was no throttle response.There is only idle power.I checked the cable and it is physicaly working the carbs but no response form the motor.Any help would be appreciated ,only had the boat 2 weeks but it worked good until now!

If the carbs are moving... it's impossible for there to be NO change in the engine. There would have to be something.

If there is somthing... but not much, and it's trying to die... then The chokes could be stuck part way shut.

Regadless... the carbs need to come off, and they need checked out.
