No spark

Hey folks I'm at wits end and could use some help. I have a 2012 Sea doo Challenger 180 jet boat. My brother was circling me while I was trying to get on a tube and sucked up 25 ft of nylon rope into the propeller shaft so bad it bent the shaft. Put new shaft and everything in and discovered wires on front of engine that go to the stator were fried. replaced stator. I have no spark at the plugs. Started talking to guy at Sea doo and started checking all sensors and they seem good. He said to send the ECM and have it tested and they said it was burnt up to bad to repair. Got a new ECM and gave them the boats info to program. put it on and no spark. The guy then tells me it's gotta be the engine wiring harness is bad. I tested every wire to every plug for continuity and all checked out fine. He says it's still bad that he's seen that a dozen times so I bust out another 800 bucks for a harness and still have no spark. Order a scanner for it and it's telling me it's in demobilized mode and not reading like 10 sensors. Did the boats onboard code reading and it's showing these codes.
