No Signs Of Power - Unable To Start

I have a ‘97 GTX with a fresh battery and clean / tight connections but am getting no signs of power to the instruments or start / stop switch.

Suggestions on what to check and where the location is?

Last one with those same symptoms was the 30 amp relay in the fuse box.

Sounds like fuses but also check your ground wires, mine has two and one of them was broken and left me sitting in the water.
