Hi! New to water crafts. Not new to mechanics. I've always wanted a speedster and the opportunity presented itself yesterday. I've got a few questions and a little work to do. But I think I'm in good shape so far. And guidance or advice is welcome.

I've got to replace the winch strap on the trailer. But I'm also missing the reverse gate, I think. On the left motor. Best place to find this?

I think I've got a little fiberglass work to do on the bottom, but it doesnt look to bad.

Also, thoughts on new cover? This one is about done.

Great! So got both motors fired up today after fixing a shorted ground wire running to the stator on the port side motor. I am having the 5 amp fuse problem.. my gauges dont work. I think that has to do with that fuse problem. Any advice as to where to go. Mostly I've gotten dead links and people who no longer fix this problem..

I’m having the same problem. I just posted about installing the aftermarket two mpem units. I purchased them from amazon. I’m trying to figure out how to wire them to the wire harness. Perhaps someone can help me figure it out and then I can help you. I found a kit already done for $500 on line but it’s less then half that cost if you do it yourself.
